In the past, where did humans tend to settle and why?

Hey everyone and welcome to my 3rd humanities blog post of the year! This blog post is about the ancient people and where they lived years before! So I hope that you learn something new! Enjoy!

The early people tent to settle near water and open fields so that they could grow crops. People settled where the soil was rich enough to sustain their populations. Back then when people lived in large groups they needed rich land to provide food for every one of them. They needed forests, animals and most importantly water. Since there was so many of them people had to work separately to produce such big amounts of food and water to provide for the whole village. Even though they had food and water near rivers they also needed shelter which is why they started to live in caves. Before starting to build any houses people lived in caves where they would be protected from rain, thunderstorms, or any other bad weather. One thing that really did effect where the ancient people settled was the climate.

In conclusion I hope that you learned something new from this blog post and that you enjoyed it! Thanks and Ill see you soon! Bye!

  1. Ajda I think your blog post is pretty cool. I like how you always try to support your ideas, but maybe you could try to put more examples. Everything you wrote was simple, short, and pretty effective that is my favorite thing about it.
